Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back hand sink was missing paper towels in dispenser. Dispenser was broken.
Corrective Action(s): Paper towel provided at the hand sink.. Ensure to repair dispenser so that it is in good working order.

Observation: Prep line cooler was not working at time of inspection. Cooler was already emptied and work order has already been issued by management.

Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm.
Walk-in cooler and other coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
Walk-in freezer was at -18 to -20 deg C.
Large pot dishwasher was not being used but it is in good working order.
This equipment will be checked next routine inspection.
Containers and utensils are usually washed and sanitized in the 3-comp sink.
