- 200ppm quats sanitizer available at wiping rag bucket and spray bottle
- Low temperature dishwasher reached 100 ppm chlorine at plate surface
- Walk in freezer was -18C or lower
- Walk-in and preparation line coolers were 4C or lower
- Food storage was good; all food items were stored at least 6 inches off of the ground. All food items were labeled and dated.
- General sanitation and cleanliness was good
- Hand sinks provided with hot/cold water and soap/paper towels
- Staff was following good hand washing procedures
- Temperature logs available
- No evidence of pest activity during inspection
