- Joint inspection with previous EHO for continuity on new procedures/ processes that have been implemented with operator.

- Premises is a shared commissary space. New members require health approval before operating. Changes to existing approvals are not permitted without review and written approval from Fraser Health. Kitchen Manager oversees membership applications, member compliance, adherence to food safety and sanitation plans, shared space and equipment sanitation, and overall kitchen operation. Kitchen Manager must obtain approval before making any additions/ changes to the existing operation and facility.

- YVR PREP is currently not co-packing for any operations and/ or members.

- Handwash stations in food preparation areas are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and papertowels.

- Interior of ice machine appears maintained in a sanitary condition. Ice scoop is stored outside in a sanitary manner.
**Ensure that open bags of dry ingredients are stored in tight-lid, washable food grade containers to protect product from contamination and prevent potential pest attraction.
- 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer available at individual and shared work stations/ food preparation areas
**Per facility procedures, each operator/ member must have QUATS test strips to verify QUATS concentration
- High Temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher: 73.9C at dish surface.
- General sanitation of premises appears satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity at time of inspection.

Note: 3-compartment sink in cold prep room (pastry prep room) was removed and replaced with a single prep sink. Kitchen manager to provide updated floorplan to reflect changes.
