Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One of two QUATS sanitizer bottles measured at 100 ppm QUATS concentration during inspection. Staff replaced sanitizer during inspection to measure at 200 ppm QUATS.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all QUATS sanitizer bottles are changed frequently and measured at required 200 ppm QUATS concentration with test strips to effectively sanitize food contact surfaces.

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler #1 (Red meat) at 2'C
- Walk-in cooler #2 (white meat) at 1'C
- Display coolers for meat on sales floor measured at 4'C or lower
- General sanitation of meat department satisfactory
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- Hand washing stations (x2) adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water
- Staff observed wearing clean uniform/outer garments and hair restraints
- No signs of pests during inspection
