Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): REPEAT VIOLATION - Half of a flat of eggs stored at room temperature at 12:30pm. Lack of time stamp on flat of eggs. Unable to prove what time eggs were removed for use. Eggs placed back into cooler unit.
CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Eggs discarded by Manager during inspection.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food stored at room temperature has time stamp stickers on items. Follow McDonald's approved Corporate Food Safety Plan for date stamping and holding times of potentially hazardous food items.
