Beverage cooler: 4.0C packaged pickles. Freezer: -18C or below loafs of bread. Hot holding units: all above 60C soup and bacon. Thermometers in use with temperature logs. Hot and cold running water available. Liquid hand soap and paper towel present at handsinks. Premise is sanitary. Quats sanitizer in cloth bucket noted at 200ppm. Dishwasher final rinse reaches above 71C at the plate. Food protected from contamination. Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene and sanitary practice. Valid Permit posted in visible location.
