-General sanitation of servery was satisfactory
-Food is prepared in Dania home commercial kitchen & dispensed at Dania Manor.
-Handsink supplied with hot & cold running water, liquid soap & paper towel
-Cooler was at 2 deg. C
-Freezer was at -20 deg. C
-Thermometers present. Food stored in a manner to prevent contamination (ie covered).
-Dishwasher was functional. Final rinse temp. was 79 deg. C at dish surface.
-Quats sanitizer present. Concentration was 200 ppm.
-Hot holding unit was not in use at the time of the inspection as it was between meals.
