Dishwasher repaired - greater than 71C - dish level Sanitation has been greatly improved - continue to clean and organize premise. All areas of premise should be accessible, organized, items stored on shelves (not the floor) and cleaned regularly. Operator has contacted professional pest control services. Keep receipts for audit in future.
