- All handsinks are now available with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel - Dishwasher is now serviced. It dispensed 50ppm chlorine residual during final rinse cycle. Use test strips to check the residual concentration of chlorine on regular basis - Back storage area, dishwashing area and walk-in cooler are maintained in clean and sanitary conditions - Rodent droppings are removed and no droppings are observed. - Necessary pest control measures are in place NOTE: Monitor the pest activity in the area regularly. If any activity is noted, call you pest control company and take adequate actions
