Comments

-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Upright cooler at 4C.
-Hot dogs were cooked to greater than 74C on the hot dog roller and hot held above 60C.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer - available.
-Glasswasher had a final rinse of 12.5ppm iodine on the glass surface (minimum of 12.5ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Ice machine was clean and well maintained. Scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
-Food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered.
