- Routine inspection conducted.
- Hand washing sinks were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels.
- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm. Test strips available for monitoring.
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 73C at the dish surface during rinse cycle. Good, 71C is the minimum required temperature at the dish surface.
- Coolers were measured at 4C or colder
- Walk-in freezer measured at -18C or colder
- No hot-holding at time of inspection.
- Temperature logs available and up to date.
- Food stored in coolers/freezers in an organized manner, properly covered, with good separation between raw and ready-to-eat food items.
- Proper thawing practices (in walk-in cooler) observed at time of inspection.
- Dry storage area satisfactory. All food stored properly covered/protected from contamination.
- Food preparation sinks maintained in sanitary conditions
- Equipment and utensils maintained in sanitary conditions
