Routine inspection conducted with the presence of the store manager. - General sanitation was satisfactory. - Walk in cooler 4C; display cooler 3.8C - Hand washing sink was fully equipped with hand soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water. - 2 compartment sink used for cleaning cutting ware and sorting vegi. - Bleach used for food surfaces' sanitation. - Only watermelon cut and displayed in cooler for sale at the time of inspection. Staff stated that watermelon cut with cleaned and sanitized knives and cutting board. Please contact health inspector if you have any questions.
