Note: Small beverage counter cooler is turned off (no potentially hazardous food).
Bleach spray sanitizer at 200 ppm;
Note: Spray pump system is not working (Please, repair or change a spray container).
Note: It's not the best practice to leave a batter/margarin at room temperature on the counter in a warmer.
