Routine health inspection conducted.
- Coolers at 4 degrees C or less.
- Freezers satisfactory.
- Hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels in place for hand washing.
- Sanitizer available at 200 ppm quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) in labeled spray bottles.
- Ware washing sinks supplied with hot and cold running water, detergent, and quats sanitizer at 200 ppm (dispenser).
- Pot and pan washer was measured at 75 degrees C at the utensil surface (minimum required: 71 degrees C at the utensil surface).
- Tongs available for customer self service area.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
Note: Some cleaning / maintenance needed for door seals (under counter coolers). Monitor condition and replace as necessary to maintain cold temperatures.
