ITEMS CORRECTED: - Mould on exterior of containers storing sauerkraut have been cleaned and sanitized - no mould had contaminated food products inside. Ensure going forward that inside of cooler units are routinely cleaned as mould accumulates from excess moisture - Owner has provided documentation that Sauerkraut is made from approved supplier. Invoices are not in English and are in Polish. Will require further investigation as to the DATE of the products. Invoice accounts for 36 buckets
