Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer by deli section measured >200ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): Solution was diluted at time of inspection to 100ppm chlorine. Temporary supply of test strips provided to operator. Obtain own supply of chlorine test strips to verify the concentration.

Corrective Action(s): Service the cooler immediately. Ensure it can maintain an air temperautre of 4C or colder at all times.

All potentially hazardous food stored inside this cooler must be stored in the walk-in cooler. Do not store potentially hazardous food until the prep cooler temperature is maintained at 4C or colder.

> Handsinks are fully supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
> Bleach and QUATS solutions are available for sanitizing. Recommend to stick with one solution, do not mix chemicals.
> 3 compartment sink set up for manual warewashing. 100ppm chlorine solution is readily available.
> Dishwasher is minimally used, not in use at time of inspection. Ensure that it can achieve a final rinse temperature of 82C (71C at the plate level).
> Vent hood baffles appeared in sanitary condition.
> No signs of pests at time of inspection. Professional service is provided monthly by Orkin. Last repot from February 13, 2023 reviewed - no activity noted.
> FOODSAFE requirements met.
> Health permit is posted.
