Coolers were 4 C / 40 F or colder.
Freezer unit was -18 C or colder
Ice cream scooping not approved yet as dipper well not installed.
Sanitizer was available at 200 ppm chlorine solution to store wiping rags.
Separate sanitizer and wiping rags to be used for chairs etc.
Provide pest control invoice (Orkin Pest Control)
Staff to be food safe level 1 certified to hand food. Follow worksafe BC guidelines for Covid-19.
Keep all single use containers in bags etc to protect them from contamination.
Provide food safe level 1 certificates for staff; email copies.
