Comments

* While conducting the inspection, water began leaking from the dining room ceiling. Tables and chairs were moved away immediately to protect cutlery/glassware from contamination. Upon speaking with building management, the source was determined to be a flooded residence on the 2nd floor due to a blocked sink. Until the flooding into the dining room ceases, please implement the following precautions to prevent food from contamination.
- Do not use dining tables in immediate vicinity of leak
- Do not transport food through the leak area (ie food carts)
- Clean surrounding tables + chairs with sanitizer solution, clean and sanitize any cutlery/glassware that were on the tables (in case of splashing)
- If the water supply to the kitchen must be interrupted for repairs, notify health protection immediately @ 604-949-7700.
