307 corrected - 4 L jugs are brand new specifically used for storing sauces made at the other location.
Dishwasher reached 4 deg C at plate surface.
Another shelving unit installed in the walk-in cooler. One more shelving unit needed in the walk in cooler.
Food items in the walk-in cooler now labelled with date/product.
Container for storing dirty cloths now provided in the back.
Items still require addressing:
1. Temperature log must be available for cold-holding, hot holding and freezers. Log available for dishwasher.
2. Provide copies of Food Safe 1 certification for kitchen staff
3. Designate an area for mop bucket and mop head - provide hook in the mop sink to store mop head
4. Make provisions for pest control - provide written documentation on how to deal with pests
