Comments

-Follow-up inspection to June 25, 2018.
-2-compartment sink had a proper sink plugs and sink was prepared with 200ppm bleach at the time of inspection.
-Bleach sanitizer pails were tested at 200ppm.
-Hot holding unit has been replaced. Racks and trays for the hot holding unit were not dirty from the previous night's use.
-Sauce containers are now stored in clean containers.
-General cleaning has been carried out in the facility. Ensure cleaning is carried out on a regular basis.
-Poultry boxes have been removed from the shelving units and are not longer lining shelving units.
-Cooler units were at 4C.
-Cloth towel dispensers will be replaced with single use paper towel dispensers.
