Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - AVRQCH:

Bleach at 100ppm in sanitizer bottle labeled for "cutting board use only".
Bar glass washer serviced and dispensing 100ppm chlorine during the wash cycle. Operator has ordered test strips to verify chlorine concentrations on a daily basis.
All scoops stored outside of food products and in a sanitary manner.
Light cover in place for light fixture inside the walk in cooler.
Back 2 door freezer serviced and ambient air temperature at time of inspection -13 degrees C. Monitor and ensure -18 degrees C or less.
Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review. Ensure temperature monitoring occurs on a daily basis.

Submit the revised food safety plan to reflect the new menu items. Correct by February 22, 2019.
