- new time stamping system set up by owner > phone mounted on wall is now set up to ring every 2 hours > food discarded after 2 hours > time stamping sheet to be initialed by staff member > smaller portions taken out - wiping cloths stored in sanitizer - rice scoops in ice water - general sanitation has improved - barrier installed between rice cooker and fish tank - back door closed at time of inspection
