Sanitizer feeder system is dispensing less than 100 ppm Quaternary Ammonia. Corrective Action(s): Replace sanitizer solution for dishwashing sanitizing sink and wiping rag containers with 200 ppm Quaternary Ammonia. Prepare sanitizer manually and verify with test strip. Walk-in cooler 2 C, Walk-in freezer -14 C, Beverage cooler 3 C Pizza prep cooler 1 C (new unit installed) Pizza slices are displayed at ambient temperature and monitored for 90 minute shelf life using white board tracking system.
