All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. The dishwasher reached > 71 C at the plate level. No evidence of pests. Bleach solution was at 100 ppm. Ensure that cloths are kept in the bleach bucket. Invoices available for the fish onsite. General sanitation was satisfactory.
