Quats test strips are available to test sanitizer concentration

1. Since facility is operating within a commissary, amenities such as handwashing stations, dishwasher, sanitizer, and pest control are the responsibility of the commissary owner.
2. Ensure all items used for this operation (ie. take out containers, condiments, etc.) is kept and stored in commissary, not at home.
