Working bulbs moved to top level of Rotisserie chicken hot holding unit; new bulbs have been ordered.
Product measured 60.0°C at time of inspection
Overstocking of sliced deli meat / cheese bunker has improved, but is still occurring for some products; Manager to talk with staff concerning overstocking and stocking products over/past load limit.
