Follow up inspection:
-Manual probe thermometer (in degrees F) was available on-site.
-Refrigeration (40 degrees F or colder), cooking (165 degrees F or hotter), and hot-holding (140 degrees F or hotter) internal food temperatures were reviewed with the Operator.
-Cleaning improvements were made to the floor below the grill and near the dishwasher.
-Two staff were present on shift. Separate staff member was noticed on the POS system than the Operator involved in cooking the food on the grill-top at the time of inspection. Handsinks were properly supplied.
