Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were noted at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were noted at -18.0C or below.
Food storage hierarchy and organization acceptable. Food were stored protected.
Rice was being held at over 60.0C in the rice cooker.
In-use rice scoop was held in water and as per operator, the water is changed out every hour or so.
As per operator, donair meat goes through a secondary cook step on the grill after it comes off the cone and then placed in the hot hold unit.
Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing.
Excellent cleanliness noted around the cookline.
Utensils and food contact equipment was noted sanitary and in good condition.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Operator has renewed her FoodSafe level 1 certificate - expires in November 2028.
