Facility is very well maintained and sanitary - Hand wash stations are all equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water - All cooler units are at 4C - All freezer units are at -18C - 3 compartment sink is used appropriately. 200ppm QUAT solution available - All spray bottles with QUAT solution are labelled and achieve 200ppm - Dry storage is good - No signs of pest activity
