- Inspection conducted due to change of ownership + DBA
- Layout remained substantially the same, however some equipment was replaced with new equipment
* Operator to submit final layout plan (drawn to scale) with all equipment accurately labelled.
- Kitchen was cleaned, walls were painted and cabinets added. Dining area + washrooms updated with flooring replaced
- All equipment operational
