A routine inspection was completed, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C or colder; thermometers present; and temps recorded 2X daily. - Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Quats sanitizer is spray bottle had strength of 200ppm. - Glasswashers were not in operation at time of inspection. Iodine sanitizer present at each glasswasher. Iodine test kit present. - General sanitation level is good. - No signs of pests. - FoodSafe certified staff present. - No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - All foods stored 6" off the floor on racks, shelves, or platforms.
