Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle measured greater than 200 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Discard and prepare new bleach sanitizer at 100-200 ppm. Ensure 1/2 teaspoon (1/2 cap) of unscented household bleach is used per 1L of water.
