304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Repeat issues observed with rodents: 1) Droppings and bugs observed on syrup spill in back (right) corner of the storage room. Syrup spill has yet to be cleaned. 2) Droppings observed underneath and around wooden shelving by the glass doors, and shelving by the entrance of the back storage room. 3) One deceased mouse found inside a Ketch-all (TM) mechanical trap inside the back storage room. Corrective Action(s): 1) This issue has not been resolved yet. Ensure that all droppings are removed with 1 part bleach, 9 parts water. 2) Thoroughly clean syrupy spills in the back storage area. 3) Provide a copy of your report from the professional pest control company. Call the company to reset traps. 4) Remove ALL old items (e.g. old blenders) that are not required for day-to-day operation of your premise. Old items and clutter can and will act as harbourage sites. Date to be corrected by: December 2, 2019 Violation Score: 9

Follow-up inspection conducted to the routine from November 15, 2019 (RPT#: JMAA-BHY2AL). The following was noted: Lights in the back storage area have been restored - thank you Pest control measures still need improvement - please see violations above Further follow-up inspection to occur. It is expected that these issues be promptly addressed.
