General Comments Kitchen used for occassional potluck and "cold weather mat days" (event for homeless) Please ensure that food handlers preparing food for the public have FoodSafe certification. FoodSafe certificates now expire every 5 years and any certificates without expiry dates officially expired January 2019. Visit www.foodsafe.ca for more information. Online refresher courses are available if renewed before expiry. Bleach sanitizer available in a spray bottle at 100 ppm High-temperature dishwasher just turned on during inspection. Reached 58C. Needs time to warm up. Gave operator two thermolabels. Please e-mail picture of result to inspector (info below) General sanitation is adequate.
