- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- no expired foods upon random audit
- good hand hygiene observed; hands washed very often
- proper thawing observed; items were thawing in the walk-in cooler
- soda nozzles clean
- ice machine sanitary; scoop stored separately
- FOODSAFE requirements met
- pest control report reviewed - no major concerns
- sanitizer measured 200ppm quats in the sanitize compartment of 3 compartment sink, and in sanitizer inserts around kitchen
- poutine cheese and dairy creamers are on a timing system - discarded after 1 hour at room temp
- general sanitation satisfactory
