This inspection done by EHO student. Follow-up Inspection: Following items have been corrected: - Cooler unit on counter (in front area) measured at 3 deg.C. - Left faucet for hot water in hand sink near dishwashing area is working. - Right faucet for cold water in prep sink near dishwashing area is working. - Rubber bin in dishwashing area is clean and no storage of dirty dish cloths observed. - Ice scoop in bar area is stored in sanitary manner. - No signs of pest activity noted in dishwashing and bar areas at time of inspection. - COVID-19 Safety Plan was available on site. - Tables that are not in use in dining area due to COVID-19 distancing measures are now clearly marked. * Establish and post occupancy limit for customers at front entrance. - Operator provided a copy of WorkSafe BC's occupancy limit signage.
