Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food sanitizer dispenser measured with over 400ppm quaternary ammonium sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Dilute the food sanitizer to ensure the concentration is in between 200 - 400 ppm. Clean and sanitize all food surfaces immediately.
