Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No chlorine residual detected at glasswasher; the operator primed the glasswasher and 100ppm chlorine was detected after the next cycle.

- General sanitation is satisfactory but deep cleaning in hard-to-reach areas (behind stove, behind flour containers) is needed
