Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Garbage bags used to cover trays of samosas. Garbage bags are not food grade and cannot be used to cover food.

Observation: 1. Counters have food debris/grime throughout kitchen. Sanitizer spray bottle less than 10ppm residual Chlorine.
2. Grime/food debris observed on handles of coolers, counters and shelves throughout kitchen.
Correction: 1. Wipedown counter frequently with spray bottle of sanitizer over 100ppm residual Chlorine (One ounce Cl/bleach to one gallon water concentration). Wipe down cutting boards with sanitizer between tasks. To be corrected by 27-Nov-2019.
2. Clean equipment and surfaces frequently. Wipe down counters often. Clean handsink/faucet and handles. To be corrected by 27-Nov-2019.

*More staff required with Foodsafe certificate. Next inspection with no staff that have Foodsafe will result in violation ticket.
