Observation: Two display coolers are malfunctioning. Temperatures of greater than 4 degrees Celsius observed. Front screens pulled down to reduce temperatures however a reduction did not occur. Temperatures of 10 degrees Celsius observed.

Corrective Action(s): Repair coolers such that temperatures of less than 4 degrees are maintained without the screens pulled down. DO NOT store potentially hazardous food items in cooler until such time as temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius are maintained.
