Facility is currently using timer for ambient air storage of potentially hazardous food items. This was discussed during previous inspection. Upon arrival of EHO the facility was using the timer. Discussed with staff. Food items are timed for 90 minutes after which point the food items are discarded. No objections to use of timer at this point in time - however failure to submit an updated Food Safety plan outlining which food items require the ambient air 2 hour storage and the facility will not be permitted to continue. UPDATE PLANS IMMEDIATELY..
