Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Bowl of raw chicken stored on top shelf above other ready to eat foods (box of lettuce, sauce, shrimp, etc)
2) Found used single use gloves stored for reuse. These can only be used once and when they are taken off must be thrown into the garbage.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Store all raw meats below/separate from ready to eat foods. Move raw meat to bottom shelf
2) Throw away all used gloves and use clean ones each time.
