Observation:
- Source of the "Red Konjac" fake blood puddings cannot be verified at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s):
- Red Konjac is known to be another name of duck blood pudding being distributed in Canada. Duck blood is not allowed to be produced in Canada nor imported to Canada. Correction Order issued to hold the "Red Konjac" items until the content can be verified.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Observed frozen chicken being thawed in room temperature.
Corrective Action(s):
- Items were moved to cold water bath to be thawed. Ensure thawing occurs in the cooler OR under cold water only.

- Notable amount of mouse droppings observed in the back counter area where dry ingredients are kept.
Corrective Action(s):
- Employee was directed to clean & sanitize the area at the time of inspection. Ensure a thorough inspection of this space is conducted by a professional pest control technician. Recent pest reports to be emailed by the operator.
