Routine inspection conducted:
Premises is used for roasting, grinding, and packaging of coffee.
Hand washing sinks are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
Three compartment sink is supplied with hot and cold running water and three sink plugs. Note: Bleach is available on site.
Staff hygiene measures in place, including the use of hair and beard nets, as well as lab coats.
Contamination controls in place for equipment (e.g. stone removal, metal detection).
Discussed sanitation procedures--no concerns.
Food is stored off the ground.
General sanitation excellent.
No signs of pest activity at time of inspection.
