Introduction
An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All areas of the facility were inspected for compliance.

No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments
Summary of Inspection
At the inspection dated April 17, 2019 there were 18 children and 3 staff present upon arrival. At this inspection no contraventions were identified.
As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.
The following was reviewed:
ยท Safe Drinking Water (Fact Sheet Provided)
Posted daily schedules for the preschool programs were observed and found to state 15 minutes of outdoor play. The Active Play Standard or Practice requires Preschool operating 2-3 hours to have 30 minutes of outdoor play. Staff stated that outdoor play does occurs for more than 15 minutes and that the schedule would be updated to reflect the 30 minutes of outdoor play required.
