Paper towel dispenser at the hand sink was out of paper towels.

Ensure to provide constant supply of paper towels and liquid soap at the hand sink at all times.

Observation:
Soap dispenser at the hand sink was broken. A pump-style soap dispenser is available.

Comments

Hand sink provided with soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer quats measured 200 ppm (buckets and 3rd sink).
Walk-in cooler was at 2-3 deg C.
Upright freezer was at -18 deg C.
Prep line cooler was at 3-4 deg C.
Holding cabinet was at 60 deg C.
Operator and staff have valid FoodSafe 1 certification.
Temperature log was available an up to date.
Pest control monitoring in place. Invoice was on-site.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
**Note: Flooring in the front service area was changed to tiles (completed when business was closed).
Electrician was on-site preparing electrical lines for new service holding oven, monitors for new menu boards, etc.
All other trade work to be done after hours. Front area have new finishes and design (still to be completed).
For any changes in the food preparation area (layout, new equipment, etc.), you must notify the district inspector for approval.
