-Handwash station adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temp within requirements.
-Hot-holding unit temp within requirement.
-Temperature monitoring system in place. Records kept on site.
-General food storage practice good.
-100-200ppm chlorine available in a labelled spray bottle.
-High temp dishwasher achieved 74.1'C at plate level after final rinse.
-Back storage area satisfactory.
-Equipment (i.e. ventilation canopy hood/deli slicer) maintained in sanitary condition.
-Front servery satisfactory.
-No evidence of pest activity observed.
-No violation observed at this time.
-General maintenance and sanitation level satisfactory.

NOTE: faucet at dishwashing sink had minor leak. To be repaired today.
