Routine inspection conducted for the general store. Facility is well-maintained and in very good sanitary condition. All items that are intended for sale are stored at least 6" off floor.

Temperatures:
- Produce cooler at 2.5C. Produce coolers were being re-stocked at time of inspection. Note: Produce cooler had a kiwi and garlic on the floor. Please sweep them away before the end of day.
- Dairy cooler at 3C
- Meat cooler at 2C
- Walk-in freezer at -18C
- Temperature logs are up-to-date
- Hot-held items present in store area (rotisserie, soups) are at or greater than 60C
- All display coolers for store products (e.g. meats, cheeses, groceries) at 4C or below

Sanitation and Employee Hygiene:
- Fruit cutting station was sanitary at time of inspection. Knives were appropriately stored on wall-mounted magnetic knife holder
- Quats dispenser contains 200 ppm quats. Quats spray bottles also contain 200 ppm quats

Janitorial area:
- Janitorial area was organized and chemicals were securely stored
- After mopping, ensure that the mops are on top of the strainer so that they can dry out

Pest Control:
- No visible signs of pest activity at time of inspection
- Professional pest control company conducts monthly inspections. Past two pest control reports reviewed - midges and flies were treated
- Mechanical rodent traps throughout facility were empty at time of inspection

Receiving Area:
- Receiving area is free of clutter and organized
- Contractor will be performing a hot power wash the following week to remove grease around the grease container
- Grease container is periodically emptied by contractor

Administrative:
- Manager or supervisor level employees all have FoodSafe training
