305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)] Observation: -One item from the Orkin Pest Control report not corrected for Station #11 -regardig the holes in the wall under the sink next to the pipes -Observed the back loading bay garage door not fully closed by the driver Corrective Action(s): -These holes need to be packed in tight with steel wool -You must ensure the these back doors are closed tight -any gap more than a 1/4" will permit the entry of rodents -place signs there as a reminder for the drivers Violation Score: 3

-Operator to increase pest control checks every 2 weeks instead of monthly -email me the reports for updates -All tin foil removed removed from shelving areas as pest deterrent -food buckets placed on shelves instead of the floor -areas with droppings mostly cleaned -CHECK EACH MORNING for new mouse droppings for cleaning
