Observation: Back door of the facility was wide open in order to help with ventilation and to help cool down processing area. Back door has no screen door or any other measures to prevent the entry of pests
Corrective Action(s): Add a screen door to the back door in order to prevent the entry of pests into the facility.

Observation: General sanitation and cleanliness was not adequate:
- build up of cardboard boxes blocking the hand sink
- dirty dishware on a chair
- cooking oil was found on the stairs
Corrective Action(s): Clean and organize the facility to ensure that:
- hand sink is not blocked
- all dishware is put in the 2 compartment sink
- food items are all stored in the appropriate locations
